Guest Policy
As a rule Young Life camps welcome visitors "to come and see". As a continuously developing camp, Clearwater Cove has the following visitor guidelines:
- Approval: A Young Life staff person must request a visit on behalf of their guests through the camp office and receive camp director (or camp manager during summer) approval.
- Coordination: A Young Life staff person must arrange details through the camp office (camp director for school season) at least 24 hours in advance.
- Supervision: A Young Life staff person must host guests throughout their visit.
- Observation: Day guests are welcome to observe but generally not to participate in activities. If there is room, guests may attend meals and club.
- Accommodation: Camp is unable to accommodate drop-in or overnight guests.
