Availability
Due to Young Life's summer camping season, Clearwater is available from September 1 through May 1. Our current capacity is more than 350 guests.
We have a wide variety of venue uses including conferences, training events, educational retreats, women's retreats, men's retreats, college retreats, high school retreats, junior high retreats, family retreats, staff retreats, etc.
**due to our 501(c)(3) status, we are not available for weddings, family reunions, or corporate events.
Pricing
Pricing is based on your group's needs and varies according to:
- The number of people in your group.
- The number of nights you will spend at camp.
- Catered and dining hall meals.

Housing Options
Outboard Lodge
The Outboard Lodge has eight cabins with a total capacity of 96. Each cabin has its own bathroom and there is a shared common space in the lobby of each camper lodge. Take in the great hilltop view of Table Rock Lake through your window or from on the porches!
Table Rock Lodge
Table Rock Lodge has eight cabins with a total capacity of 96. Each cabin has its own bathroom and there is a shared common space in the lobby of each camper lodge. Take in the great hilltop view of Table Rock Lake through your window or from on the porches!
Inboard Lodge
The Inboard Lodge has eight cabins with a total capacity of 96. Each cabin has its own bathroom and there is a shared common space in the lobby of each camper lodge. Take in the great hilltop view of Table Rock Lake through your window or from on the porches!
The Pop-Up
The Pop-Up is our Assigned Team Lodge located at the top of camp with 8 separate rooms that have outdoor entrances and a private bathroom. This Lodge includes family suites and individual rooms.
Guide House
The Guide House is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house on camp property. This house is used for assign team members and their families while they are here on a summer assignment. This house has the capacity for 8 adults.
Hideaway
The Hideaway is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage on camp property. This house is used for assign team members and families while they are here on a summer assignment. This house has the capacity for 4 adults.
Yoloma Cottages
The Yoloma Cottages are the home for work crew and summer staff. There are six cottages all together and each cottage has the capacity for 10 adults. With one full bathroom in each cottage and a bathhouse nearby.
Facilities
Stay in one of our cabins filled with bunk beds, meet in one of our many lounges, and get ready for incredible food to be served in the dining hall.
Grab a latte or cappuccino at Sonnie's coffee shop, play ping pong in the game room and get excited for club!
Activities
Get your friends together for a game of sand volleyball, basketball, octoball, or round of frisbee golf!
Relax by the pool, then head inside to the game room for ping pong, foosball, pool or air hockey.
Jump on a boat for wake boarding, wake surfing, or tubing on the lake! Then challenge yourself on the adventure course.
Play on our turf field, get creative at the Bead Barn or head over to the Tin Can for refreshments.
Accessibility
We welcome kids of all abilities to our camps. At Clearwater Cove, all of our main buildings are accessible to strollers or wheelchairs, and we have a handful of cabins that are designed to be accessible (special housing needs may be requested by your child's trip leader).
Walkways around camp are paved. We will also do our best to help every guest participate in activities. We want every kid to have the best week of their life as they come to camp!
